Trying from 1 week… Same error
ITR5 trying since 2 weeks…..submitted grievances and also emailed the xlsm, json, PAN and the error screenshot as a zip file to efilingwebmanager@incometax.gov.in and they change status to resolved in a couple of days but the error is not eliminated. Wonder why they cant make ITR5 utility available online or maybe provide a JAVA utility so that we don’t have to rely on Microsoft Excel pirated versions as there are many who do not purchase MS Excel and are rather using opensource products like linux and libreoffice
