However to do technical issued in mca.gov.in and other valid reasons representation has be made by ICSI towards minister for DIR 3 KYC Due date Extension. Misistery of Corporate affairs DIR 3 KYC Due date Extended to 5 Oct 2018 With Late Fee 500/-. Hence where person who failed to file DIR 3 KYC before 15 Sept 18 can file DIR 3 KYC by Paying late fee of Rs. 500/- . MCA had given big relif by reducing late filing fees for DIR 3 KYC.
