How to Start BPO/ Call Center in India
With the changing technology Business Outsourcing Process units in India has been increased since last few years. BPO service provider usually administers and manages a particular business process for another company. It’s a big and diversified field of business which serve almost every sector. This sector had removed the barrier of doing international business. The changing trend of outsourcing of business is creating various opportunities in India for doing BPO business. The idea behind Start BPO in India outsourcing is to reduce the cost and overheads and increase the profit margin.There are various opportunities in the field to Start BPO in India. This sector creates new job for the fresher’s which lead to the growth of economy. Bigger companies outsources there work in some parts to BPO companies. 1. Business Registration
The BPO service provider include tele-marketing , e-commerce , debt recovery , lead generation companies , IT enabled services etc. OSP/DOT license is required by companies planning to start a call center, BPO or KPO. it is suggested that business which is looking for start BPO / Call Centre in India established as a Private Limited Company or Limited Company under the Companies Act .

Company providing services such as e tele-banking, tele-medicine, tele-education, tele-trading, e-commerce, call center, network operation center and other IT Enabled Services, by using Telecom Resources provided comes under OSP and shall do OSP / DOT Registration.
Enabled Services, using telecom resources are required to obtain OSP Registration.
1) All domestic BPOs and KPOs
2) All international BPOs and KPOs located in India
3) All telemarketers

3. GST Registration
Section 22(1) it is stipulated that a person is liable to take registration of the aggregate turnover exceeds Rs. 20 Lac in a financial year. The aggregate Turnover covers export of services. Sec 2(6) CGST Act.
Hence BPO Companies need to take GST Registration if there turnover crosses Rs. 20 Lac in a financial Year.

Employee Provident Fund is applicable to : Employees’ Provident Fund and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 1952 is applicable to:
Sec 1(5), ESIC the scheme has been extended to shops,hotels, restaurants,cinemas including preview theaters, road-motor transports undertakings and newspaper establishments employing 20 or more persons
