Where partners decide to close / strike off LLP then partners need to submit Form 24. Under form No. 24 partners need to inform Government authority about partners who have taken the decision to close LLP. Partners need to prepare & sign Board Resolution to Close LLP. Closure of LLP As Per rule 37(1)(b) Of The Limited Liability Partnership Rules,2009

“RESOLVED THAT pursuant to rule 37(1)(b) Of The Limited Liability Partnership Rules,2009 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (including any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof, for the time being in force), _______________  LLPshall be and is hereby proposed to be strike off in terms of rule 37(1)(b) Of The Limited Liability Partnership Rules,2009.
